Happy 3rd Birthday to Paige!!! 

I used  Dora clip art as a template for these cookies.  I had to hand "paint" the mouth and eyes using food color. Some turned out better than others. As you can see from the photos, I got a little too much food coloring on some of the eyes. Trial and error I suppose. I still think they turned out ok.
