Chicago Bulls Cookies

Lauri from LaGrange Patch requested Chicago Bulls cookies for her son. Even though I knew how to get the shape I needed, I'm always reluctant to make red royal icing. If you add too much red, you get a bitter taste so it's always a challenge to add just enough. I usually end up with pink. Anyway, I think they turned out as I expected.
